Coffee etc Logo Chocolate selection

In order to complement and complete your coffee or tea, we offer a selection of chocolate bars and other sweet products. From the Belgian brand Dolfin a range of special flavours! And organic bars from the German brand Vivani offer further taste options. Then we have chocolate/marzipan combinations from Carstens, and indulgent chocolate fondues from Aux Anysetiers Du Roy of France.


Dolfin chocolate products

The complete range from Dolfin recently won the prestigious Ambassador-prize 2004 from the Federatie Voedingsindustrie van België, the FEVIA. All the chocolate products from Dolfin are GM free. We currently have the following in our selection:

Dolfin milk chocolate with:

Grilled Almonds, blended with traditional Belgian chocolate, made with cocoa butter only.

Ground Coffee, quality coffee ground with care, to be fine enough to avoid having pieces in the mouth, but not too fine to ensure that the taste is spread throughout the bar and is not overpowered by the chocolate.

Cinnamon, a blend of 2 mild flavours, pays tribute to all those Belgian grandmothers who craftily added a tiny stick of cinnamon to their confectioneries.

Masala, smooth milk chocolate has been spiced up with hot masala. "Masala" is an Indian word meaning spice blend. It is a delicate mixture, in which both grind and proportions vary, based on the finest oriental spices (cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper). Uniting their digestive, tonic, and antiseptic qualities, these spices really add zest to the mellow milk chocolate. An extraordinary harmony!

Dolfin pure chocolate with:

88% Cocoa, pushing the cocoa content to the limit, without the product becoming too dry or bitter. A wonderful balance between the sumptuous taste and the chocolate's defining smoothness.

Earl Grey tea, a strong black tea enhanced with bergamot, the finely crushed dried tea leaves are added to the chocolate to produce this winning combination.

Green Aniseed. Adding the characteristic flavour of aniseed, used in many parts of the world to flavour both sweet and savoury dishes, aniseed is particularly valued for its digestive qualities. After much trial and error, it was green anise that won out. Its seeds perfectly set off the strength of the chocolate and leave an agreeable, keen aftertaste.

Mint Leaves. The only bar to include real mint leaves, dried and crushed to add a bright spicy flavour.

Pink Peppercorn. This surprising combination harks back to the original Aztec recipes for bitter chocolate and hot spices.

Fresh Ginger. Grated into the chocolate, the stimulating flavour of the fresh ginger perks up the luscious dark chocolate.


Vivani chocolate products

Along with Dolfin we have the organic chocolate bars from this award winning German brand. Like Dolfin, Vivani is known for its quality chocolate flavours!

Vivani Organic milk and white chocolate:

Almonds, freshly roasted.

Cappuccino, blended with real coffee and topped with creamy white chocolate.

Choco Crisper, crispbread covered with finest milk chocolate.

Corn Crisper, white chocolate with cornflakes, coconut chips and rice crispies.

Kids Cream, finest milk chocolate with a milk cream centre. Kids favourite!

Milk, finest milk chocolate with an excellent taste of cacao.

Whole Hazelnuts, freshly roasted.

Praline, with a soft and creamy nougat of hazelnuts centre.

Vivani Organic dark chocolate:

Peppermint, dark chocolate with a soft mint centre.

Orange, excellent dark chocolate recipe, refined with orange essential oil.

Green tea, makes the perfect partnership.

Dark Chocolate 72% cocoa, has been awarded the maximum score by "Savoir Vivre", a gourmet magazine. The editors tested 34 high-quality bitter chocolates; only two manufacturers, were able to achieve this top position

Dark Chocolate 85% cocoa, the ultimate smooth dark chocolate, especially for those who love the real dark chocolate. 85% cocoa solids, more is nearly impossible.


Carstens Lübecker

Since 1845 Carstens has been delighting marzipan-lovers with its secret recipe and outstanding creations, good reason why Carstens and Lübeck marzipan is world-famous!

Marzipan loaves. A bar of fine Lübeck marzipan covered in rich dark chocolate.

Marzipan assortment. Ten marzipan shapes covered in dark chocolate. Lovely to give to a friend with their tea or coffee! Also a beautiful tasty present for any occasion.


Aux Anysetiers Du Roy

"Aux Anysetiers du Roy" is named after a famous Provençal restaurant that was located on the Ile St. Louis at the heart of old Paris. The owner, Louis Lombard, gave his diners a small gift at the end of their meal: a stoneware crock of his "herbes de Provence". Marc and Olivier Lombard used this as an inspiration for their luxury line of condiments and chocolate fondues, each handpacked in a stoneware crock.
